The Assistance League of Phoenix is reopening its Thrift Boutique on Tuesday. The store helps fund critical programs for families. One of those programs is Operation School Bell. They give new shoes, pants, shirts and hygiene kits to thousands of children in Title One schools. Because of the coronavirus outbreak, they had to stop the program in March.
